Delivery & Installation

TO ENSURE QUALITY SERVICE, PLEASE READ OUR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION GUIDELINES:

We strictly impose our delivery & installation policy since its FREE, please take time to read it. Thank you!

  1. The customer shall be responsible to ensure that either he/she personally or a valid representative will receive the products and approve of it's condition before the delivery team leaves. Damaged products should be pointed out to the delivery team upon delivery so a replacement may be granted.

  2. The customer should apply for all necessary gate passes, working permits, and other permits needed for the date of delivery. Incomplete paper works and permits will be cancelled and rescheduled. Reschedule fee will apply.

  3. In case the customer is not available to receive the delivery at the agreed date, another delivery will be scheduled with a corresponding delivery fee.

  4. Kindly check the condition of goods before signing receipt and letting the delivery team leave, as warranties and repairs are not granted if the customers did not check the product

  5. For installation works, the customer shall be responsible in ensuring that the ceiling are fit for installations. Gypsum boards without support are not fit for big fixture installation. Sites which are not ready for installation will be CANCELLED and RESCHEDULED. Reschedule fee will apply.

  6. For installation works, the customer should determine beforehand where he/she wants to have the product installed. The customer should have the electrical wiring ready for installation. Home Cartel does not do electrical wiring works on site. Sites which are not ready for installation will be CANCELLED and RESCHEDULED. Reschedule fee will apply.

  7. For un-assembled products (picked up or delivered), kindly check all parts before signing receipt documents to ensure parts are complete. Should any replacement is needed, checked boxes are approved for replacement but unchecked boxes is subject for replacement.

  8. Assembly and installation works are to be completed upon the agreed delivery date unless otherwise advised (3) days in advance. Should you decide to reschedule the agreed delivery and installation date, a delivery fee may apply.

  9. In-store pick up of replacement and assembly of products should be picked up in the store.

  10. In case the customer changed his mind, and wants to return the item delivered and failure to  communicate to the store before the date of delivery, transportation fee will be charged to the customer.

  11. The customer should inform Home Cartel for any returns 3 days prior to the agreed delivery date. Any returns requested on the date of delivery will be subject to delivery charge. Delivery fee will apply.

  12. Ceiling above 10 feet or 3.0 meters will not be accommodated in our FREE installation service due to safety concerns. Please advise us in advance if your ceiling is above 10 feet or 3.0 meters.

 Delivery rate is Php 1,000.00 pesos within Metro Manila, Installation rate is Php 1,000.00 within Metro Manila. Take advantage of our free delivery and installation program by following your scheduled time and delivery. Please inform us of any changes 24 hours in advance.

Barn Door Mechanism

Our FREE delivery & installation applies to lighting fixtures and mirrors only. If you wish to have your barn door mechanism installed, please be informed of the following rates:

  • Delivery Fee - Php 500.00
  • Installation Fee - Php 850.00 / set
  • Delivery & Installation Fee - Php 1,250.00
